When it comes to flat, commercial roofing, our team of Local 65 Union Roofers is second to none. They have collectively installed millions of square feet of rubber EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up and environmentally friendly "Green" Roofing from many of the industry's tier one manufacturers like Firestone, Carlisle, Certainteed, Live Roof, Fibertite, Genflex, Stevens, Sarnafil, Soprema and others. SRS Roofing and Sheet Metal's crews are manufacturer trained and authorized commercial roofing installers and have earned "Perfect 10's" from those manufacturers on every pre-warranty roof inspection to date. That record has become a genuine point of pride and they strive to continue that level of perfection with each and every installation.
We also offer a fully equipped sheet metal fabrication shop, staffed with Local 18 Union Craftsmen of the highest caliber and located in our facility in Waterford, Wisconsin. Those same Union Craftsmen travel wherever necessary to install aluminum composite panels ( ACP or ACM ), standing seam metal roofing, metal wall panels, gutters, flashing and trim and many other architectural sheet metal products. Many of those products are custom fabricated in our shop, while others are supplied directly by Firestone - Una-Clad, Petersen Aluminum- PAC-Clad, McElroy Metals, Mitsubishi Chemical - Alpolic and many other leaders in the architectural sheet metal industry. Having our own crews travel to your job, is one of the ways we make certain our products are installed with the same level of quality, safety and craftsmanship with which they were fabricated and designed.
At SRS Roofing & Sheet Metal, our commitment to construction Safety Standards is second to none. We are one of the few companies in the market that has a professional, OSHA trained Safety Officer, on staff, everyday. To SRS Roofing & Sheet Metal safety is too important to trust to an outside service on a part time basis for the purpose of satisfying an insurance requirement or meeting a contractual obligation. This commitment is one of the many reasons were we able to earn the AGC Milwaukee Construction Industry Safety Council "Perfect Construction Safety Record" and the way we have been able to maintain a Workman's Compensation Mod Factor of .60
