Medical Office Buildings "A" and "B":Menomonee Falls, WI

Size: Two Identical Buildings both 22,600 sq ft EPDM with 8000 sq ft Aluminum Composite Material (ACM)

Type: Firestone EPDM , Una-Clad Sheet Metal, Mitsubishi/Alpolic Aluminum Composite Panel

Scope of Work: Install 2 layers of polyisocyanute insulation with a Firestone .045 mil Ballasted EPDM roof system. Fabricate and install Alpolic Radiused Aluminum Composite Panels at entrances and as column covers. Composite Panels were also fabricated and installed as an architectural accent around the top perimeter of building. Firestone/Una-Clad pre-finished sheet metal was used at the Soffits and Copings.

Challenge: The weather certainly was one of the challenges that SRS Roofing and Sheet Metal employees faced while starting the work in January. The reveal detail on the column covers were also a challenge as they were highly visible and the main focal point on the building, they needed to be flawless. They were fully fabricated and welded in our sheet metal shop and remain a tremendous point of pride and workmanship for our sheet metal technicians.
